As the organization, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the parents who have allowed their children to represent us at the SADC Spelling Bee competition hosted by Good Hope Spelling Bee in Botswana. This event is a significant opportunity for young learners to showcase their abilities and compete with peers from different regions.

We proudly had two representatives: Keabetswe Radebe, a talented sixth grader from Laerskool Losberg, and Tshiamo Ngwangwa, also in grade 6, from Retlile Primary School. Both of these remarkable learners are active members of the New Revelation Children's Hope literacy programme. This programme focuses on several important pillars such as spelling, reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Our organization is a non-profit entity dedicated to using these pillars to enhance academic growth within Kokosi and other areas in Merafong.

Keabetswe and Tshiamo demonstrated tremendous courage and skill as they shared the stage with more than 60 other learners at the SADC level. Their determination and poise while expressing their abilities on such a large platform is commendable. It is indeed an honor for our community in Kokosi to have established opportunities like this, and it fills us with pride to see learners who are eager and enthusiastic about engaging in spelling bee competitions. Such initiatives not only foster individual talent but also build confidence and public speaking skills that are important for their future. We believe that this experience will be invaluable for their personal and academic development.
